Our ESG Due Diligence (ESG DD) provides an overview of the status quo and potential environmental, social and governance risks of the property.

The assessment criteria are based on the real estate aspects of the EU Sustainable Finance Disclosure and Taxonomy Regulations, the GRESB portfolio rating, the environmental due diligence processes and the BREEAM In-Use KPIs with the following topics:

We, the orange recon GmbH are a technical advisory company specialized in commercial and residential real estates.

As engineers and architects, we take on these tasks with dedication, passion and many years of know-how.

The orange recon team consists of employees who have been working in the real estate industry for many years. As individual specialists, but also generalists, we enjoy a great reputation among established clients and network contacts.

We have been working together for more than five years in the real estate branch and have between 13 up to 31 years of work experience in the technical advisory in the real estate sector.
